"If you're looking for a fun, engaging, educational, and amazing addition to any event, John and his crew are your answer! I've worked with Drum Group Services for a preschool event as well as the Down Syndrome Buddy Walk. They were unbelievable with both groups and loved by all ages!  Communicative, professional, attentive, and positive. I highly recommend them mostly because they love what they do, and it shows."

"I would like to give Mr. John Belisle my recommendation.  We are a Mental Health Agency, our residents enjoy every moment John is in the home.  Our residents our provided with conga drums and a variety of other percussion instruments.  Everyone enjoys and participates.  John is very involved, his music promotes connectedness and cultural diversity.  This is an amazing program for all ages, and his price is very reasonable. Music is a great way for our residents to express themselves.

"I have worked with John Belisle for many years and have seen his tremendous talent working with a wide range of children and adolescents in therapeutic settings.  As a musician, John is very skilled and as a therapist he knows how to get to the heart of what makes a drumming experience truly awesome.  John creates a safe, engaging environment that is both educational and fun.  As a clinician, I see how body-based, sensory techniques are so effective with children who have difficulties self-regulating.  I'm very appreciative of the drumming experience that John provides as it has been very beneficial to children I work with."

It is great news to learn that John is expanding his work with children and music.  I marvel at John’s skills in bringing so many kinds of percussion instruments into his unique therapeutic approach of helping children and families.  Over the past twenty years I have had the privilege to work with John first at The Providence Center then at Casey Family Services.   While at The Providence Center John’s drumming groups were always in great demand from all Departments at the Center, as well as many community and state wide organizations serving children.   While at Casey John was asked to conduct workshops and perform throughout New England for all eight of the Casey Divisions.  Year after year John’s workshops were the best attended and most popular for children, families and professionals who have attended Casey National Conferences.  John’s unique blend of therapeutic and musical skills and his passion for helping children and families are unmatched in New England perhaps nationally.  To watch him work, better yet to participate in one of John’s workshops is an amazing experience.  As one of our Casey kids once told me, “working with Johnny B. is too much fun to be therapy!”
